Mounjaro® (tirzepatide) 10mg ATEOS is a once-weekly injectable prescription medicine supplied in a ready-to-use injection device. Each injection contains 10mg of tirzepatide in 0.5mL.

CONTENT

Each box contains 2 ATEOS injection devices (2 pens)

1 box = 2 weekly doses (approximately 2 weeks of treatment)

HOW TO USE

- Mounjaro® ATEOS is administered as a subcutaneous injection once a week.

-The recommended treatment schedule begins with a 2.5mg once-weekly starting dose, followed by 5mg once weekly.

-If additional treatment is required, the dosage may be increased in 2.5mg increments, with at least 4 weeks between dose increases, according to your healthcare professional's assessment.

-10mg once weekly may be prescribed as part of this gradual dose escalation.

- Inject once every 7 days, preferably on the same day each week.

- It can be taken with or without food.

- Follow the instructions supplied with the injection device.

- Do not inject into a vein or muscle.

- Do not share your injection device with another person.

HOW TO STORE

- Keep refrigerated at 2–8°C. Do not freeze.

- Keep in the original carton to protect from light.

- Do not use if the product has been frozen.

- If kept outside the refrigerator, store below 30°C and use within 21 days.

NOT SUITABLE FOR

Do not use Mounjaro® if you:

- Have had a serious allergic reaction to tirzepatide or any of the ingredients.

- Have type 1 diabetes.

- Have diabetic ketoacidosis, diabetic coma, or diabetic pre-coma.

- Require insulin treatment for certain serious medical conditions or emergency situations.

Speak with your doctor before using Mounjaro® if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a history of pancreatitis, severe gastrointestinal problems, or other significant medical conditions.
